It seems that the general height range is around 160cm, save for the very tall (like Zest) and the very short (Rein II and Agito). Together with the height chart, I believe it's possible to hazard a fairly close estimate on their actual heights. Hope this helps.

So yeah, since
Nanoha is 160cm, I'm assuming Fate is 165cm. Not like we should care about height
because there are three other sizes that are more important being that accurate.
