Pleasant things are pleasant
Tari Tari makes my list for being able to capture the dynamics of wanting to put something together before an era closes without being derivative from Hanasaku Iroha. Tari Tari's main cast went about their endeavours in a unique, refreshing manner that makes it sufficiently distinct from Hanasaku Iroha and reminding us that superficialities are sometimes not enough for us to make a judgement on. In this case, yes, the characters have some physical similarities, but that is about as far as similarities go.
Kokoro Connect would also make my list. The entire business of body-switching potentially could have lent itself to some inappropriate humour, but the plot was executed such that more emphasis was placed on the psychological elements of the phenomenon, making it fun to watch.
