I only read the summary.

In order to obtain the top down, bottom up alice, an amercian company sent a 12 men crew who managed to break into the security tight ocean turtle, and gained control of the first control room. In the meantime kirito was communicating with kikuoka, he accidentally bring about damage to his fluctlight's self cognition area. (or I think the loss of first control room brought the damage. Just my guess.)

In the midst of conversation with kikuoka, kirito heard shouts of "protect asuna and the professor!" kirito was overwhelmed with emotions. Asuna was in the ocean turtle? He thought. (and because it's not what I was searching for, I closed the page. Now kinda of regretting that I never read further, or things that happened before this scene. You can guess I am a big asuna x kirito fan

Asuna used the stl in the 2nd control room which RATH were defending to replace kirito in protecting Alice and everyone in the UW.
