There are a lot of rumors that it's going to be this year, but of course, these are all rumors, so take that as you will.
The translators are currently doing Haruka and Kud, Kud's route is 19.97%. Not sure how long it will take for the next patch. The "recommended play order" that the patches seem to follow suggest that Kud's route will be next.
