Well I did notice a sort of air cushion when Amata was about to hit the ground, I assume that was her. But i didnt notice anything while fighting Kagura- just figured it was an Anime thing, otherwise u hav to ask why didnt she do anything to Kagura... Unless... u dont think she wanted him to succeed do u

As for ur 2nd point... it doesnt explain how Kagura could remotely control a car
