just a note after u install the ac3 codec check your system settings for the ac3 settings... bottom right hand corner u have to set to direct sound.. if u cant click the setting which i had a hard time doing... restart and that should solve it... and dont set the sound system to 5.1 unless you have a really GOOD sound card that can support it in regular windows..( audigy or something of the sort) if that doesnt work go to
www.doom9.net and download their codec pack theres all sorts of stuff in there.. including like 5 different audio codecs and 3 different video codecs... all the videos that i couldnt get to work worked after i installed that pack so give it a try and gL ^^
