They are 40 page chapters.... you can easily adapt this at one episode per manga chapter... maybe 1.5-2 occasional if pacing needs to be improved.. they could easily do a one cour series in 13 episodes.. and if the FMA (which is doing 2 40 page chapters per ep pretty much) threads are any indication squeezing 20 chapters into 13 episodes is going to lead to countless bitching about "this joke/scene/part got left out".
