In previous war against Hades in Next Dimension manga Ophiucus was a gold cloth(called the cursed 13th), but in the future was degraded to a Silver Cloth that belongs to Shaina.
Now that the 12 gold saints are dead it seems the 13th is awakening as if some seal was removed with their death.
