As I predicted all major and supporting players gathered to discuss the current situation about RUC.
- The Revants, the Anderson brothers, Miranda & Kasha, Yuuto, Axcela and Integra.


Axcela and Integra had much too difficulty to cope with the strain of Celica's apparent death.
- Celica had left them a video message, which worsens Axcela a lot more in grief and distress.

Bill's mentor, Joseph, arrives on town and looks like he wants to settle score with Rally once and for all.

A flashback of Integra's discloses that she and Sylvia were orphaned after the Blast Fall incident and met each other.
