Rohan is a pretty popular character, so it kind of makes sense to include him, even if he's not much of a fighter.
It's confirming Cars is playable at the bottom too. Though since he's displayed next to Yoshikage Kira I'm guessing he'll be DLC as well.
Hoping for some more Vento Aureo and Stone Ocean characters. Both need more representatives than just 2.~
