Spoiler for character rant:
I personally felt extremely jaded by this franchise for few episodes, but this one was pretty much the last step before I break a fuse.
Honestly, whereas I was at first interested in following Ohana's steps when she was suddenly thrown like that in Kissuisou, she is on the verge of becoming the character I dislike the most (even moreso than Minko from the very start).
Setting aside the ridiculous plan she had in order to deal with the inn "crisis", Ohana is just screwing around, even though it is obviously not her intent.
As much as romance isn't really a straight and logical formula, it is just tiring, or even frustrating to see the "romance" between Kou and Ohana in this fashion: it is basically going nowhere and it is unnerving to see every damn points being dragged ad nauseam.
In a nutshell, the bookstore girl was basically the words of truth, yet Ohana just doesn't do a damn thing and just mop around. Her lack of honesty and inability to leave her comfort zone are just shaving the remaining sympathy I had for her, and I seriously question her "consideration", or even intelligence at this point.
Surely enough, I don't expect every teenager to say a direct "yes" or "no", but dragging the whole thing for 12 episodes, and being denied into a merry round pattern just doesn't tick well with me (I don't imply it is a script issue, it is more like a character issue).
Thankfully, she "finally" realizes the damage she has done, but it is yet again not so engaging when she is just lamenting about the situation instead of settling things right there right now, which would definitely put end of everyone's misery (be it her, kou or us *sigh*).
That and every damn "random silly idea pulled from a magical hat" instances with her definitely contributed to this conclusion on my side.

THIS! Its refreshing to see I am not alone in how I feel about Ohana. I am frankly quite tired of her internal dialogue which is nothing but her wallowing in self-pity.
