I was somewhat surprised at Anrietta's actions during novel 5 as well. I didnt see it coming - but it was quite believable. He is the only person who knows her true story, and he's strong, male, and ruizu has clearly not staked her romantic territory....

I'm a translator myself too, so I know how frustrating it is to see your translation altered. But trust me, you're only going to give yourself a big headache if you try to bargain with the editors/proofreaders all the time about the changes they want to make. Unless you want to do everything yourself, it's best to not concern yourself about what they do to your scripts too much.
