Just for the record, while the author seems to have borrowed many of the names from the
The Vicomte de Bragelonne: Ten Years Later
as you mentioned, a couple of the names appear only in the other d'Artagnan Romances. For example, the city of La Rochelle will eventually appear (I believe it only appears
The Three Musketeers
).
Also, several of the minor names of places and characters are stolen from the section about the creation of the dwarves in the "Völuspá" and other sections of the Poetic Edda. Tolkien also borrowed heavily from that codex when he constructed the lore of Middle Earth. In future episodes, there is at least one name that overlaps between the two worlds (if it gets that far). Now, I'm not quite certain if the author merely read the Völuspá or another work derived from it as others besides Tolkien have used it. In any case, it seem the author liked to read.
