Anyway, I absolutely
adore Nana! Its one of those mangas where you can actually relate too, and you actually make you think or make some kind of emotional response when you read a chapter. Its not like those other shoujo mangas where things are all bright and cheerful and happy, happy, joy, joy; its realistic, heart wrenching but beautiful too.
Anyway, this Ai Yawaza's ingenious mangas seriously need more love! This manga is just too awesome *pout*

The recent chapters (scanlated) are so emtional! Especially concerning Ren and Nobu I think. Ren, because, he's kind of...erm, into drugs again? I keep paralleling Sid/Nancy to Nana/Ren, just because the sitational is WAY to similar, its freaky when you think about. Hopefully Nana or Ren dont die. I can smell the angst already
As for Nobu: OMG, YURI?! WHAT?! I simply cannot
stand her, even before they started dating. I mean she's a freaking 'PORN STAR' (at least according to the manga scanlations...I've heard others), and is such a slut...literally. Plus she flirts like crazy. Besdies, she doesn't mesh well with Nobu's personality. He's such a sweetheart, he doesn't deserve another heartbreak. However, as much as I want him to break up with Yuri, I'm glad he's moving on. I still wish he could find that happiness with Hachi, but I doubt it. I mean, everytime he thinks about her, it literally KILLS him, so being the loyal Nobu fan I am (much too loyal
), I have to say that if he finds happiness in Yuri (GAWD I HOPE NOT THOUGH...MUI WAS BETTER...EVEN SHIN!), I support it....grudingly
Also, as a last note: Takumi's an idiot (though a fairly rich and sexy one), Nana rocks, and Shin owns all.

*sighs* My Nana fangirlisms are getting WAY out of hand, but nonetheless, people should really be reading this manga, it's shoujo but probably the most enjoyable shojo out there that can be read by non-shojo fans.
