If by corrolation you mean no episodes to cover what happened between the two seasons, Bones is releasing OAV episodes that cover that with the DVD/BD releases of S2. If you mean there's no direct connection (i.e. S2 introduces new elements that were never there in S1), I believe that's because S2 was most likely not even an idea until after S1 was completed, in response to fan demands for an S2. (like Pirates of the Carribean 2 and 3, and Bourne 2 and 3)
It definitely has something to do with what happened to Yin; we don't know what that is yet, though. |
