Lum anime is licensed in my country. And based on what I remember of the anime, she was not loli.

I'd swear these were from sort of HCG pack that would involves her more and more naked if you ask me (well I'm not too sure, because this isn't my sort of pic).
So, how to recognize loli from not loli?
Loli is short, very flat, young looking.
I won't make any 'not loli' examples, because I don't have those sort of pictures in my hands right now (aka those characters that peoples seem to mistake as loli while they're not).
