that's a hard question for me which isn't good with physics but for me she's pretty strong already though the other opponents are just broken.
I mean Mikoto could generate 2 billion volts of lightning and can manage to control the weather to hit you with thousands of lightning.
But if you try to compare it to others..... well pretty much miss match. The higher tier in Toaruverse are too much broken in character that its not a a fair fight at all.
