I don't think it has anything to do with "having a younger sister", because I also have one. I found Kodaka's reaction (if you consider having no reaction is a kind of reaction) is quite normal.
Beside, I don't understand why people think "having a sister" mean they can't like thing like that. I'm a huge sis-con and incest fan when it come to anime/manga story. Not once did I think about this stuff in real life (okay, that was a lie, because I just thought about it). Is it that hard to distinguish real life stuff and fiction stuff?
