I think it might be between pages 400-425. not too sure though.
at the very least Yura, and whoever else it was, said that Issei was good looking, But him being a pervert blocks him from being popular with girls. They also said that they couldn't touch him otherwise Rias and Akeno would kill them. Sucks for both sides in that conversation. lol :P
