After taking a closer look at the scene in slow motion I'm not sure on that one. Lawrence is definitely moving his head in and during that time frame his lips aren't moving in a way that would say he is saying something. Not to mention his eyes are closing which would be odd if he's just having a conversation. It's still a possible explanation, but I'd probably place it in secondary consideration.
