I've said it before and I'll say it again...Leave it to the Japanese to have NTR in their first recorded novel (ah who am I kiding, there's NTR in every old story, even in the Homer's Iliad)

Well I believe she's trying to pick targets that both resemble the 14 and are somewhat close to her, one way or another. She needs to know the targets well enough to manipulate the situation or else things could go the exact opposite of her plans.

I also don't believe the step-mother will come into play here, however I do still believe that the aunt will fill that role at some point in time.
