No it's not that. I got Ch. 4 pretty much sorted out, it's just that I didn't have the time I thought I had today to write it.
I planned on using the whole day to write Ch. 4 out, but because of "personal matters" offline (the kind that's not all that important), hours were lost. If I didn't loose those hours, Ch. 4 would've been done hours ago.
Oh and as for an Opening that you guys talked about a few pages ago; I think I have something for Project Silverback. It's something that some of you guys are familiar with...
