Akuha's love would be that of a older sister to younger brother, between her and Tsukune, since Tsukune posseses not only Shinso blood but Moka's blood as well, so it would make Tsukune, Akuha's younger brother, on biological terms of course, but he would also be Moka's bloodmate not to mention vampiric traditions would be involved, though now that he has Moka's blood, hes basically already part of the Shuzen family (Moka's family).
