Na doubt that about sanji he can never be turned off by a girl especially after 2 long years on Okama island.
What I do think may be the case is Baby 5 is only attracted to ugly guys, so if she joins the crew she would be interested in Brooke and Franky which would drive SANJI NUTS, absolutely NUTS>>>
