Criminally no not yet, at least not what we do in terms of entertainment and inspiration, that's more a civil offense we could be charge
a couple million if the judge was asleep at the wheel and luck was agisnt us. If anything its more bullying and scapegoating random people to try and keep their antiquated business model afloat insted of cut back the cocaine habit and hiring unneeded staff.
We do really need simplified fines for people lending and sharing stuff but the media mafia will taker it to the nth degree because they have the time and money to do it.
Sadly with the way things are going we just might wind up with jail time for sharing and or thinking anything.(half joking, I mean seriously germany is ready to ban all violent games, japan is ready to ban all fetish hentai, from loli and BDSM to anything but normal positions and happy story's filled with consequential sex of very legal age people, if any part of fiction can be banned thought/freedom is not to far from from being protected from people )
