Don't know much about Sanzigen, but Akitaka Mika was in a lot of gundam and mecha animes.
He also designed that mecha Misaka and Index, from which Misaka will be made into figurine this september

Yes but they mentioned only the most important people out of the entire staff, that means he is not going to design some "moving can" that can be easily copy-pasted from another works.
