So we start off with mention of a witch hunt. After that, Madoka decides it's probably for the best she's alone, and... well, that's about it for Madoka narration. Off to the witch hunt itself!
As Sayaka and Mami take (several) trains to reach their destination, they talked... about Madoka, no less. And possibly ClariS, provided Madoka wasn't... um... "tired." That's what they're calling it in the future, eh?
After their long trek, they arrived at a mansion whose previous owner could make the seagulls cry... oh well, enough historical talk, as it is time to call in the Witch Busters!
... I feel old now...
Err.. anyway, following the tumultuously troublesome task of taking down goats, rabbits and butterflies, our Dynamic Duo was left slightly shaken, though not stirred, as they approached a massive, golden door... and the Most-Definitely-Straight Sayaka can't help but compliment the woman in the portrait next to said door by comparing her to Mami.
The witch herself, who appeared to resemble a crayon version of the woman in question, proved quite dangerous, as even an onslaught of Sayaka's rapid sword strikes wasn't enough to pin her down long enough for a
Tiro Aaaaggh Tiro Finale.
Even when crossing the streams of their attacks followed Mami firing all her guns at the witch weren't enough to make this witch explode into space, as the real familiars of the witch made their presence known by blocking the shots. However, Sayaka wasn't ready to give up just yet, as she volunteered to take on the seven familiars by herself while Mami handles the witch... and her history with Homura.
Unfortunately, despite Sayaka being able to take down three of her opponents, the damage they dealt to her added up faster than she could regenerate, and the sheer numbers proved to be more than Sayaka could handle by herself...
After all that, Madoka does her best Bison impression while musing that today must have been important for Sayaka, before receiving a call from Mami...
