Starts off with some story about Medaka and Zenkichi's past, One of the suitors tell Medaka that once the rocket sets off she won't be able to see Zenkichi again. They set off rocket starts splitting, somehow Zenkichi and the student council arrive in time, they talk Zenkichi confesses, and proposes.

I see that most probably ending in rejection. Not really sure if Nisio has the balls to end it here.

Well....it's true that seem the most likely scenario to happen. Still I hope the author take another route.
