At my worst, I become depressed and withdrawn, blaming myself for everything and apologizing constantly...
Most people don't even notice when that happens, though, so I suppose a better answer might be that at my worst--the worst that people actually see--I'm easily irritated, especially by people who act stupid and should know better, and can hold a grudge for a few days. (No, not even a week. heh.)
