The change would of course depend on just what she's trying to do. It looks like the coral infections are increasing, which would lead to the conclusion that she's actively trying to speed up the spread of the Scub Coral. Considering we had an entire series dedicated to peaceful coexistence (as opposed to just assimilating everything), this would naturally be bad.
Obviously it needs to come to a point where someone says, "Hey, stop messing up the timeline," so we don't have this endless Secret/Scub war. Assuming the Secrets do come back, Naru isn't helping things, and though Truth wants to use the Quartz Gun, I doubt his motives to be pure. There needs to be a middle ground. Ao seems to have the right idea of "finish the weapon first". Perhaps then he can do something which will work out for both sides.
