You seem to enjoy power and symphonic metal bands. Try those:
Kamelot: best symphonic band there is, and best band, period.
Blind Guardian: best power metal there is
Hammerfall: pretty much the definition of power metal
Stratovarius: the inspirational fathers of Sonata Arctica
Also, if you like Fozzy, you may appreciate the US approach to power metal which is very much inspired by traditional heavy metal. The obvious choice for this kind of subgenre would be
Iced Earth, of course.
