Well, I have done a total of 1 outline in PS, and its on the fourms here I dunno where, I am sposed to post the finished but I havent. but anyway, let me tell you how I did it.

I start out with a huge picture, like 2000+ x 3000+ or something like that. I still only use 200 DPI though, cause for 1, im no pro, and its just a waste of ram :-p . anyway, I take that large drawing, and then my hard edged bursh tool on a size that looks good to you when its on like 25% zoom. I used 7 on the ourline, and 4 on detail lines. I used the eraser to vary the zsize where it neeeded to be change, or brought to a point and such. Best advice, go slow, really slow. Also, I didnt use the pen tool, but if you use that, it will most in likely make your job much easier, more so if you have a mouse.
