Imo that's more of a mocking comment rather than a serious attempt to resolve things peacefully. And ofcourse she knew the answer in advance. As for the agressiveness, it's partly spurred on by the desire to fix her 'master', and she tends to get fired up by the term junk (used by her master to refer to herself, something that will obviously keep lingering in Suigintou's mind).
