Samurott (Oshawott) has the best Special Attack.
Serperior (Snivy) has the best defenses and speed.
Emboar (Tepig) has the highest HP and Attack.
All three though, have the same stat totals at 528. I'm slightly disappointed in the low speed stats of Samurott and Emboar, but Samurott's too cool to pass up.
