Yea, there is that. He could be ranked much the way he himself ranked Mr3 in his little criminal gang.

To do a somewhat small derailment:

We know that there are 7 Shichibukai. Anyone else notice a trend in their naming so far? Out of the 4 who have been made known to us, they ALL have an animal in their name

Crocodile
DonQuixote DoFlamingo
Bisoromi Bear
Hawkeyes MiHawk (He is Shichibukai correct? been a while since i saw the ep that they introduced him in).

We also know that at least one of them is a Merman (wasnt it hinted at that Arlong was a merman from a merperson pirate group headed by one of the Shichibukai?) So we can sort of assume that the merperson might have a fish in his name somewhere.

Of course, maybe the author was just on an animal fixation naming rush, since we also have:
Mrs Crane and Admiral Blue Pheasant from the marine corps.
