It looks like she's there after the murders, or after one has committed (whether it's connected to the October 4+5 murders or not). A hand lying in a pool of blood, the ripped chair, even the slightly drawn curtain and that picture in the background. There's definitely something behind that smile of hers. Shipwreck?
