I try to just pick a male and a female in these types of polls, as voting for six characters can really skew results. That said:
Lelouch - He's my favorite character in the series by far. Complicated, a bit evil, human motives, crazy, intelligent, and it's great to see a main character that sucks in a mech in a mech anime. Simply put, I find him more entertaining than anyone else in the series.
Kallen - I seem to have a thing for redheads in anime, plus I like her voice actress. I liked what I saw of her character when it was developed, although I thought she could have used more screentime. Guess I'll have to wait for season two.
