^ Firstly, I have no experience in translating songs, nor any knowledge on any artistic use of words in the lyrics.
I just look at the line with たゆたう, and I think 'fleeting' goes with 'heart', going by the verse break. たゆたう means 'swaying' which should go together with 'screaming voice'.
