Actually she is dysfunctional herself. Physically. She is already 16-17 and still looks like a cute 10-year-old loli! From the beach episode, she's the only one wearing a one piece swimsu.....*gets clawed*.
So that is how she fits into HTT. Effectively speaking, Sakuragou Keionbu is made up of dysfunctional people, even the teacher-in-charge and the sister of the main guitarist.
