Ya know, for the heck of it, I tried my hand at coming up with my own kanji names for those new characters (except Joseph since he's French). My knowledge on how Japanese names work is fairly limited, but who cares?
Clair = 代何 (Kurea)
Bernice = 羽豈修 (Baanisu)
Beth = 鐘修 (Besu)
Emma = 円舞 (Enma)
Shinji = 伸次
Rei = 零
Sakutarou = 作太朗
Virgilia = 堀儀理 (Warugiria)
