I used to ring for a clan, that played for money, they were pros but the money hasn't been as good as use to be. There are pros, but they seem to be playing CSS. Anyway once you buy crap your account isn't F2P anymore, you get a hat that says proof of purchase, I mean once you've invested then yea it's fine, but people with just the free accounts, well there will be a autokicker for them.
You can run the server client, but it's nearly impossible to host and play on the same computer.
