I don't want to write a story that's "Yukikaze in Muv-Luv Land". I want to use the feel and themes from the Yukikaze novels, but also tell my own story. It's frustrating, enraging, frightening and stressful because every time I put something to word it sounds like someone else has already done it in another novel, story, or even in real life.
This is the creative process I go through when writing a story. i effectively go clinically insane for long periods at a time.
