Well, Ichika prefer to do that rather than having pointless argument. Such as carrying her as high as possible, or just place her on his shoulder.
Of course, it was Tatenashi's idea to calm her down (she herself prefer to bearhug Kanzashi), it's almost alway worked.
Kanzashi is NOT a loli (She's normal in terms of body), but again, her moe-ness and tsundere, icy personality made her treated like one by Ichika & co. (Yeah, even Rin and Laura does not fit token Loli compared to her, due to their fanon personality)
