I'm not familiar with macs, but the basic setup you need is a text hooker like AGTH that can take the characters into the clipboard from ONscripter, and a autotranslater like Rikaichan or the Atlas program to translate for you.
That said... translators aren't enough. Atlas is mainly for the Kanji, Katakana and Hiragana well ideally you should be familiar with the characters. The level of foreign language I got got me as far as some Katakana and some Hiragana, Kanji is completely alien to me for the most part.
