It's really mild compared to a lot of other survival type manga that have this issue come up. The assault that took place is just some heavy sweating fat guy(lol) licking her boobs for 1 small panel, takes his pants off and the she holds the ticking time bomb to take them both out and he runs away extremely scared, then she throws the bomb and kills him.

That doesn't seem too bad at all.

For her personally that's true, but the mental toll she's taken from that combined with her flashback is huge. She and her friends got involved with a really shady group (don't know the exact details). She ends up finding them being drugged and raped in a house (hers or someone else's) and almost got drugged and raped herself. As she ran away she saw her best friend getting raped on the other side of a glass door. It seems her friends blamed her for leaving them.
