It may have been! They definitely do have a DA account, and even though they were hesitant they did a wonderful job. Unfortunately the only thing I can claim as my own is the hat pin and the moment of insanity that made me choose to cosplay as her. xD I was going to try and do the wig myself if the commission had fallen through, but luckily it didn't - I was really occupied with another cosplay I was also doing...
