Could you define what you mean by Entropy?

But Seriously,

Anything powered by normal stuff: Not much.... depending on how much energy we are talking about.

Even if we did have something like that, it is going to be ungodly expensive and difficult to make and to maintain (due to being one of its kind)

With that in mind, where do you get the fund from?

Yea... One sucky thing about real life is:

Nothing last forever (If you look at the sheer amount of things at work, your mind would explode....heat loss, fragile stress, sheer stress...etc, Most engineers don't take all of them into account because that would make their mind explode or take years to design.... Every design have risks due to uncertainty which an engineer could not predict, they could only try their best to minimize the amount).

Everything need maintenance.... otherwise they would break down.

Even with maintenance, the older the said machine, the higher the maintenance cost.
