Well...the only Fraccion of truly noteworthy strength to pop up recently has been Po. Findor? Sliced a bit of a building off with his claw, shattered his mask, then proceeded to flee like a coward when his arm was lopped off. Charlotte? Defeated easily by Yumichika's shikai thanks to his own hubris. Redder? Shot some feathers off at Izuru, then ended up begging for his life. Po actually took down Ikkaku, and landed a hefty blow on Komamura. He was about the first Fraccion since Shawlong, Yylfordt and Edorad to actually do something. Other than that, the Fraccion have been sub-par. Mr. Tough Guy bested Mr. Comic Relief, big whoop. Mr/Ms. Nameless is/was a worthless foe, and is probably going to die quick next chapter, and Matsumoto will just Haineko Halibel's trio. All that leaves is Lilinette, who, by Stark's orders, is presumably out of the fight anyway.
