onscripter-en stores its save game data in the Application Data folder (AppData in Vista) in your Windows Profile. the original game saves in its own folder, however.
Do note that the entire English patch should be located in a sub-folder of your Higurashi install folder, so deleting that subfolder will remove the patch.
Also, since it only updates the same files, the updates can be applied over each other without loosing any data. (in fact, thats what my Installers do - just update changed files)
