Well, they're almost all "pretty much a spoiler tag", but they mean different things. People have been using spoiler tags for a lot of different purposes for a while now that aren't actually spoilers, and that just confuses matters and gets people in the habit of opening spoiler tags without thinking there'll be spoilers inside them. So, with these new tags, the hope is that people will use the right tag that properly describes what's inside. If you're going to include a (permitted) spoiler, you'd have to use a real spoiler tag. But if you want to mask a NSFW image or something, you should
not use a spoiler tag (because it's not a spoiler).
So yeah, they all sort of work like spoiler tags in a way, but they're to cover uses beyond just spoilers.
